These include our Better Auth cryptographic session token, our versioned cookie consent choice tracker, and our session workspace identifier. Because they are vital to service security and integrity, these technologies cannot be disabled through our consent banner.

No Third-Party Tracking Scripts: An audit of our production application codebase confirms that RankOiq does not install or run third-party advertising analytics, cross-site trackers, or surveillance pixels (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) on our web properties.

We monitor platform health and performance using server-side aggregated telemetry, operational error logs, and atomic database usage ledgers. These internal server metrics do not rely on tracking cookies and are strictly separated from marketing or behavioral profiling.

Functional storage technologies remember choices you make to provide a more personalized, efficient dashboard experience:

• Audio Chime Mute (reviewtap_sound_muted): Remembers whether you have muted the real-time audio chime for incoming dining table orders and guest service requests.
• Navigation Sidebar Expansion (reviewtap_sidebar_expanded_*): Remembers your preferred collapsed or expanded state for workspace navigation menus across dashboard sessions.

These preference technologies are optional. If you select "Reject Non-Essential", these controls still function during your active session, but your preferences will not be permanently stored in your browser across visits.

RankOiq does not sell user data or employ third-party advertising cookies. We do not participate in behavioral ad networks, retargeting pools, or automated data brokers.

Our commercial business model is transparent software-as-a-service subscription pricing (Starter, Growth, Pro), never user surveillance or advertising monetization.

When you perform certain authorized operations, you may interact with trusted third-party providers:

• Polar Billing: When an authorized workspace owner initiates subscription checkout or opens the Customer Portal, you are redirected to secure hosted pages provided by Polar Software Inc. Polar uses strictly necessary cookies to process credit cards securely under PCI-DSS compliance.
• Google Review Links: When customers click to leave a public review via our funnel, they are redirected to Google Business Profile. Google's own privacy and cookie policies govern interactions on Google domains.

When you first visit RankOiq, you are presented with our explicit, transparent cookie consent banner offering three clear choices:

• Accept All: Enables strictly necessary cookies and optional local storage for UI preferences.
• Reject Non-Essential: Disables all optional preference storage while keeping core authentication and security active.
