Who is RankOiq for?

RankOiq helps restaurants, hotels, salons and other local service businesses collect customer feedback and manage review requests. Teams can organize their work by business location, with workspace and team limits determined by their plan.

How do customers leave a Google review?

Customers open your invitation or scan a branded QR card, then follow your location's Google review link to write their own review on Google. Private feedback stays in your team's inbox; it is not automatically published as a Google review.

Can I send review requests by email or WhatsApp?

You can send an email invitation or open a prepared WhatsApp message to review and send yourself. Contact consent, available channels and your plan allowances apply. Review request attempts and outbound email allowances are separate limits.

How long is the free trial?

The current free trial lasts 7 days and includes trial usage allowances. You can explore your workspace before choosing a paid plan.

Is a credit card required?

No. You can start your trial without a credit card. The trial does not automatically charge you.

Can I change plans?

Manage available plans and billing options from Plan & Usage. Review the provider's checkout or billing confirmation before approving a change.

What happens when trial usage ends?

Actions that require remaining trial allowance stop when that allowance or the trial expires. Your workspace shows the available plan options; starting another trial is not required.

Are QR codes included?

Yes. Branded QR cards and printable exports are included. Restaurant and hotel experiences follow the services enabled for your location.

What happens to feedback after cancellation?

Cancellation and data deletion are separate actions. Access follows your subscription status. The final data-retention schedule is still under operator review; see the draft privacy policy before subscribing.

Can I manage multiple business locations?

Starter includes 1 location, Growth up to 3 and Pro up to 10. Workspace and team-seat capacities are listed in the complete comparison above.
